The art machine is a converted beautifully painted former cigarette machine. Now not filled with cigarettes, but with packages containing an original work of art. For € 4, – you can come into possession of a piece of art in a small format, made by a professional artist, the details of which can be found in the box. You pull the box out of the machine and be surprised by the content.
A fun addition to the museum! The project was co-developed and executed by Jacqueline van Putten, artist from Kerkrade. The machines are being converted in Berlin. Such a machine has already been installed in various places in the region and more will follow.
