As you know, Museum Valkenburg is organizing an extensive exhibition from September 1 to October 27, 2019 with more than five hundred, mostly never shown, documents, films, photos and objects.
More than 1500 visitors have already registered.
Some of them have been four times. There are many enthusiastic responses listed in the guestbook. All visitors say: “this exhibition must have been seen by every resident of Groot Valkenburg”.
We are now entering the last week and unfortunately there is no extension.
That is why we call on all grandfathers and grandmothers, fathers and mothers, children and grandchildren from and around Valkenburg to come and visit this unique piece of heritage about the history of Valkenburg.
Due to the size of the exhibition, it is held at two locations: in Museum Valkenburg on the Grotestraat Center and the former post office on Lindenlaan in Valkenburg on the Geul
The entrance of this exhibition is in the Museum on the Grote Straat and amounts to € 8 or Museum card + € 2. Children up to 12 years free. The entrance for our friends and beneficiaries, on presentation of their pass, is also € 2 per person.
Opening times: Tuesday to Friday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Look for more information at our exhibitions.
